Coming Winter 2027
Practical support for building strength, nourishing your body, and feeling your best through motherhood and beyond.

Your body has carried you through so much.
Motherhood can change your relationship with your body in ways you never expected. Your strength may feel different. Your energy may feel different. The way you eat, move, sleep, and care for yourself can get buried beneath the needs of everyone around you.
Maybe you want to feel strong again. Maybe you want more energy to keep up with your family. Maybe you’re trying to nourish yourself well but have no idea what that looks like in this season of life. Or maybe you simply want to feel more comfortable and confident in a body that has carried you through a lot.
Having the right support can make caring for yourself feel more manageable. With guidance that’s built around your goals, your body, and the realities of your life, you don’t have to figure out every workout, every meal, or every next step on your own. Together, we can create a path forward that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely supportive.
This isn’t about getting your old body back. It’s about supporting the body and the life you have now.
Hi, I’m Drew!
Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach
I’m a certified fitness and nutrition coach with more than 12 years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and healthier habits that actually last.
My background started in yoga instruction and coaching rock climbing, where I learned that making progress isn’t just about following the perfect plan. It’s about understanding what’s getting in the way, breaking big goals into manageable steps, and building the confidence to keep going.
That philosophy eventually led me into nutrition and fitness coaching, and I spent several years running my own coaching business. I’m certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition, with additional specialties in diabetes and corrective exercise. Today, I also serve as Brand Leader and Head Diabetic Coach at Coaches.com.

Why Blissful Origins

My connection to Blissful Origins is personal. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside Alicia through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, and becoming a dad has changed how I see this season of life. I’ve seen firsthand just how much it can ask of a woman, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Watching the woman I love navigate those changes made me think differently about the role strength, nutrition, and physical well-being can play during motherhood. It also made me realize how often women are expected to care for everyone around them while their own needs get pushed further down the list.
Being part of Blissful Origins gives me the opportunity to bring what I’ve spent my career doing into something that matters deeply to our family: helping women feel supported as they take care of themselves, too.
